Delete your FitTech-AI account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open FitTech-AI (the phone app, or app.fittech-ai.com) and sign in.
2. Tap More, then Export & delete.
3. If you want a copy of your data, download it there first.
4. Under Delete my account and data, type DELETE and tap Delete everything.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Delete your account without the app

Email privacy@fittech-ai.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your FitTech-AI account. We may ask you to confirm that it is you. We delete the account within one month, usually much sooner, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile and interview answers.
• Your plans and every earlier version of them.
• Your session logs, check-ins, measurements, meals, notes, exercise library notes and coach questions.
• Health data read from your phones, and the list of your connected phones.
• Your sign-in record.
• If you pay for Lite or Plus, the subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for the current period.

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups held by our infrastructure providers may keep a copy for a short period before they are overwritten.
• Daily usage totals for the service as a whole. They carry no account identifier and cannot be traced back to you.
• If you paid for Lite or Plus, Stripe keeps its own records of those payments, as the law requires. We never store card details.
• Photos are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

Delete only some of your data

• Health data from your phone: in the app, go to Settings, Health data, and tap Delete health data read so far. To stop reading it, turn off Read health data on this phone, or remove FitTech-AI in Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iPhone).
• Anything else: email privacy@fittech-ai.com and tell us what to delete.
